Well where to begin
I have now been involved with WWW.food sorcery.co.UK for over a year .
From the initial meetings to seeing the set up and design of the school .Tru Kitchen from Wilmslow Cheshire fitted designed a super space .
Each week i am delivering classes cooking Vietnamese and Turkish plus so many more.
Fish preparation and cooking in many styles and ways .
I have also now started to develop my Pop up menus that will be trust unique for Manchester and the Northwest .
